Sydney wrote the book on crisis communications. Okay, it was actually a published thesis, but she still knows a thing or two about getting your message out when the heat is on. A graduate of Ole Miss, Sydney was formerly with Spectrum Reach, the cable provider’s in-house advertising & media agency. She is parent to two cockapoos, which are a type of dog, apparently.
