Children’s Cancer Fund

Brand Identity

Challenge

The Children’s Cancer Fund (CCF) was established by parents of children receiving therapy at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. The organization tasked Belmont to create a brand identity that would properly communicate its position within a very competitive nonprofit sector.

Solution

Through our brand development process, we identified that CCF’s unique selling proposition was its venture-capital-style approach toward research funding. Based on this learning, Belmont created an identity centered around a “movement for a cancer-free tomorrow.”

Results

By creating a distinct brand personality and high-impact communication vehicles, we helped CCF increase awareness and broaden its fundraising base. The organization’s Annual Luncheon & Fashion Show, its largest annual fundraising event, saw unprecedented levels of attendance, local press and contributions.
